Attendance/Tardiness Policy
The College emphasizes the need for all students to attend classes on a regular and consistent basis in order to develop the skills and attitudes necessary to compete in the highly competitive labor market. Since much of each program is conducted in a hands-on environment, attendance is critical to proper skill building. Refer to the Catalog for more information.
Withdrawal from College
Most students who begin classes at the College successfully complete their education. However, sometimes conditions or circumstances beyond the control of students and the College require that students withdraw from College. Refer to the Catalog for more information.

Academic Progress Appeal Procedures
The following procedures are involved in appealing decisions:
Reviewing the student's appeal, academic record, attendance record, and possibly relevant input from instructors
Determining whether or not the student will be reinstated on an extended enrollment basis
Notifying the student in writing within five business days of the Review Committee's final decision
