* The enrollment fee is nonrefundable and is due with the enrollment agreement.
** The graduation fee is due with senior year tuition.

Refund Policy

Applicants not accepted by the Institution due to unsatisfactory results on a required criminal background check shall forfeit the enrollment fee. Applicants not accepted by the Institution shall be entitled to a refund of all monies paid with the exception of the enrollment fee.

Withdrawal After Cancellation Period

When any of the following occur, the effective withdrawal date for the student shall be:

  • The date the student notifies the Institution of withdrawal or the date of withdrawal, whichever is earlier.
  • The beginning date of any term or module in which a student fails to start classes.
  • The first business day following any 14 consecutive calendar days of absences.
  • The date when the Institution terminates the student’s enrollment
  • The date the student is scheduled to return from a leave of absence and fails to do so.

Once a student begins school and withdraws for any reason whatsoever, the Institution refund schedule will apply, less the enrollment fee.

Cancellation of Enrollment Agreement

A student may cancel this agreement by notifying the Institution in writing. The enrollment fee is non-refundable. As part of Hesser Commitment, students enrolled in the Medical Assistant diploma program will have until close of business on the last day of their first module to obtain a refund of any other monies paid. Hesser Commitment students enrolled in any other program will have until the close of business on the last day of the sixth week of their program to obtain a refund of any other monies paid.
